As a supplier of building and landscaping materials, AAA Timber operates in a highly competitive industry. This was compounded for them when they were completely inundated during the 2011 floods. Suffering a loss of income after the devastating floods plus a general decline in sales prompted owner, David Reiser to seek Acuro’s help. The outcome was a new brand and marketing strategy to boost the profile of the business through an updated website, sales brochure and product catalogue.
